At MerchGears, all products are made-to-order. This means each item is produced after your order is placed to ensure quality and uniqueness.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
During peak seasons, processing time may take up to 6 business days.
Shipping Time
We offer standard international shipping:
- United States: 7-15 business days (We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.)
- International: 10-20 business days (For international orders, free shipping is available on orders over $120.)
Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time:
- United States: 10-18 business days
- International: 12-25 business days
Shipping Origin
Orders are produced and shipped from our partner facilities in Asia using trusted carriers such as DHL and USPS.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs depend on the destination and number of items:
- US orders: From $6.99 for the first item, +$3.99 per additional item
Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
- We do not offer expedited shipping at this time
- Orders cannot be split across multiple addresses
- APO/FPO addresses are supported, but delivery may take longer
