At MerchGears, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because all of our products are made-to-order, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both customers and our production process.

Made-to-Order Products

All items are produced after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect customization provided by the customer

We strongly recommend checking the size chart and order details carefully before purchase.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The print quality is poor
  • The product is significantly different from what was described
  • You received the wrong item

How to Request a Refund

To submit a request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Order number
  • Description of the problem

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
  • Replacement items will be produced and shipped within 3-7 business days

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 8 hours of purchase
  • After production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible

Shipping Issues

If your order does not arrive within 45-60 business days, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a suitable solution, including replacement or refund if applicable.

  • We do not require customers to return defective items
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect address or failed delivery attempts
