Ordering Process

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Choose your product and select options
  2. Enter shipping details
  3. Complete payment securely

Once your order is confirmed, it will enter production.

Made-to-Order Process

All products at MerchGears are made-to-order:

  • Items are produced after purchase
  • No ready stock is available
  • Production typically takes 2-4 business days

Because of this, changes or cancellations are limited once production begins.

Order Changes & Cancellation

  • You can request changes within 8 hours of placing your order
  • After this time, orders may enter production and cannot be modified

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 2-4 business days
  • Shipping time (US): 7-15 business days
  • Total delivery: 10-18 business days

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product is significantly different from the description

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
