Ordering Process
Placing an order is simple:
- Choose your product and select options
- Enter shipping details
- Complete payment securely
Once your order is confirmed, it will enter production.
Made-to-Order Process
All products at MerchGears are made-to-order:
- Items are produced after purchase
- No ready stock is available
- Production typically takes 2-4 business days
Because of this, changes or cancellations are limited once production begins.
Order Changes & Cancellation
- You can request changes within 8 hours of placing your order
- After this time, orders may enter production and cannot be modified

Shipping & Delivery
- Processing time: 2-4 business days
- Shipping time (US): 7-15 business days
- Total delivery: 10-18 business days
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We offer replacements or refunds if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The product is significantly different from the description
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
