Cancelation Policy

At MerchGears, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Timeframe for Cancellation

   • Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of purchase without penalty.

   • After 8 hours, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.

2. Custom & Personalized Items

   • Once production begins on custom or personalized products (such as shirts with custom names, units, or designs), the order cannot be canceled or modified.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

   • Please contact us immediately at support@merchgears.com with your order number.

   • We will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation.

4. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

   • If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

   • If the order has already entered production or shipping, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

5. Processing Time

   • Approved cancellations and refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days.
