At MerchGears, all products are made-to-order. This means each item is produced after your order is placed, so we process cancellations based on the production stage.
Cancellation Timeframe
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 8 hours of purchase
- After this time, orders may enter production and can no longer be canceled

Because our products are custom-made:
- Production typically begins shortly after the 8-hour window
- Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or changed

How to Request a Cancellation

Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your request is approved within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
Important Notes
- Orders that have entered production or shipping cannot be canceled
- Custom and personalized items cannot be modified once production begins
