Orders can be canceled or modified within 8 hours of purchase
After this time, orders may enter production and can no longer be canceled

Because our products are custom-made:

Production typically begins shortly after the 8-hour window
Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or changed

If your request is approved within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued

Orders that have entered production or shipping cannot be canceled
