At MerchGears, all products are made-to-order. This means each item is produced after your order is placed, so we process cancellations based on the production stage.

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 8 hours of purchase
  • After this time, orders may enter production and can no longer be canceled

Because our products are custom-made:

  • Production typically begins shortly after the 8-hour window
  • Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or changed

How to Request a Cancellation

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your request is approved within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued

Important Notes

  • Orders that have entered production or shipping cannot be canceled
  • Custom and personalized items cannot be modified once production begins
